Jen holds an MBA in International Business, dual BBAs in Marketing and Management, and is PMP and CPSO certified.She has been working with the DoD for over a decade, in Manufacturing, Operations and Program Management.

Kimberly’s experience includes over 22 years of experience managing the strategic growth of complex, multi-million dollar software development, integration, production, and sustainment programs for the U.S. DoD and Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).

Vickie Hoffmann

Secretary
ORBIS Inc.

Vickie Hoffmann has over 20 years of experience in test engineering, technical project management, and quality management for DoD and commercial contracts. She holds a BSEE from Clemson University, an MBA from The Citadel, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
